Brittany Heyboer: For more than fifteen years, Brittany worked at the center of leadership development inside Fortune 500 organizations. Designing leadership programs and supporting leaders from the front lines to the C-suite. Those years gave her a front-row seat to one undeniable truth: strategy and skill were never the real variable. What shaped how people led was always happening one level deeper. That realization sent her searching for the missing piece and eventually led her to create the Unlock Institute of Embodied Coaching, a training ground for practitioners who are ready to go there too.

Natalie Barnett: Natalie doesn't just understand this work she embodies it. A board-certified Master Practitioner and Human Design expert, she brings a quality of presence to this training that you feel before you can explain it. She guides women into alignment with the parts of themselves they have been working around rather than through and her intuitive depth adds a dimension that no framework alone can teach.
